Daphne Paras, MSEd., is a transformational leadership facilitator, executive coach, and Founder of ETA — Executive Training Authority.

With academic foundations in communication and education, combined with a decade of experience facilitating transformational experiences and leadership development, Daphne helps leaders and teams strengthen executive presence, trust, influence, team cohesion, and performance under pressure.

Over the past 4.5 years, Daphne has facilitated executive leadership trainings and coached leaders representing organizations including Delta Air Lines, Salesforce, Ceribell, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Air France, China Airlines, SkyTeam, and additional global organizations.
