Daphne Paras, MSEd., is a transformational leadership facilitator, executive coach, and Founder of ETA — Executive Training Authority.
With academic foundations in communication and education, combined with a decade of experience facilitating transformational experiences and leadership development, Daphne helps leaders and teams strengthen executive presence, trust, influence, team cohesion, and performance under pressure.
